This report is a Memorandum of the European Sea Ports Organisation for the new Commission and European Parliament.

European ports have a more diversified role, they have turned into facilitators of a real port ecosystem at the service of their customers involving much wider interests, a much larger port community and a much wider range of stakeholders.
