Port of Zeebrugge – Policy Plan 2030

MBZ organized the Summit of Bruges in 2018, around the “innovative” themes of digitization, technological innovation and sustainability. Three ambitions were formulated. In terms of digitization, Zeebrugge aspires to be a globally interconnected smart port 4.0. In the field of technological innovation, they have the ambition to be a next-generation automotive / ro-ro hub. With regard to sustainability, Zeebrugge has the ambition to take the lead in the energy transition and sustainable growth. These ambitions also form the basis of the 2030 Policy Plan.
