Port in Transition – Towards a New Strategy

Year 2020 (October)
Author(s) North Sea Port

In almost three years, the North Sea Port area has grown into the third port area in Europe in terms of added value and a top ten position for transhipment. The cross-border merger has had a great political and economic impact. With a new 2025 strategy, the port area is entering the transition that goes with it.

During the ‘Online Port Week’ in October 2020, North Sea Port, stakeholders and interested parties spoke online during three webinars. The Online Port Week ended with the annual North Sea Port Congress.
